Unleashed Creative LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides services subject to your compliance with these Terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Messaging & A2P Compliance (SMS/MMS)

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Rockstars of Tomorrow Frisco regarding inquiries, appointments, scheduling, lessons, programs, customer service, account-related communications, and other services. Where you separately consent, you may also receive promotional or marketing messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Carrier Liability: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

HighLevel specifically says the Privacy Policy and Terms links should be clearly visible and accessible, and the contact information in them should match what you submitted in your Brand Registration.

User Conduct

Users agree not to use Unleashed Creative LLC services for:

Any unlawful purpose or prohibited activity.

Sending "spam," chain letters, or unsolicited advertising.

Impersonating another person or entity.

For your business, I like this wording because you serve a lot of minors, but the parent or guardian is the person entering the mobile number and consenting to the texts. It avoids suggesting that your music programs themselves are restricted to adults.

Intellectual Property

All content included on our platforms, such as text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Unleashed Creative LLC and protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unleashed Creative LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or any communication (including SMS delivery delays or failures).

Governing Law
